Math Stories Activity

In iKnowthat.com's Math Stories activity, kids solve word problems in which Super Math Agent, Leon the Chameleon, and his friends are the main characters. The word problems cover addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. The word problems are aligned to several mathematics standards and benchmarks for 2nd grade, 3rd grade, 4th grade, 5th grade, and 6th grade.

Word problems can be read aloud. Hints are available to help children write number sentences and calculate the answers to the specific word problems. Units are associated with all numeric answers.

Kids get certificates showing the word problems they solved.  These certificates can be shown to family and friends.
